December 30—Waterford, are you ready to move?

Early Bird Tickets €12 + booking fee (€2.50)

What happens when you throw a producer, three drummers, and a guitarist into a cauldron and turn up the heat? A party pops out. Kuduro taps into Waterford’s deep dance-and-percussion roots from the early ’90s.

One of the city’s premier producers teams up with three familiar drummers and a groove-soaked guitarist to deliver rhythmic tribal beats with a healthy dose of funk at Bank Lane. Expect house infused with jazz, afro, funk, and soul.

GET DOWN EDITS

Get Down Edits (Darren Dalton & Martin Roche) are born and bred Waterford DJ's who many of you will need no introduction to at all. Representing Waterford on a global stage, they have played venues all over the world including Mexico, Ibiza, Croatia, Italy, UK and Germany.

They also run their own Get Down Edits record label which has hosted many heavyweight releases both digitally and on vinyl over the past number of years. Behind their exceptional DJ skills, they also produce quality releases under their own name.

SX2

SX2 is brothers Clive & Scott Sullivan from Waterford, Ireland. Formed in 2017 when they decided to move DJ sets from their bedroom to dance floors. Cutting their teeth individually as DJs, the natural next step was to come together.

Their DJ sets and productions blend genres, drawing groove, emotion, and everything else in between, not conforming to any particular sound, style, or trend. This DIY style leaves a fresh approach for both themselves and the listener. Take 2023’s “Steady Up” with Hip Hop artist Pat Lagoon, and 2025’s “Leave Them All Behind” with Crome Yellow and Highdive's Andy Phelan for example. Blurring the lines and breaking the rules within contemporary dance music.

With a monthly Residency at Waterford’s Electric Avenue, regular parties with their side project Ruze, and most recently surfacing on the Festival circuit with closing slots at Electric Picnic and All Together Now, 2025 is looking exciting for the brothers. 2025 also sees them launch their Soul For Sale project on Disco Halal starting with the single.

Having their tracks supported by artists like Keinemusik, John Digweed, Moscoman, and Dave Seaman just to name a few, expect to see the name SX2 on your radar in the future.

ESTEBAN

Ste Hendry hails from Liverpool in the UK and has been DJ’ing under the alias of Esteban for more than 35 years. He is also the brains / creative force behind ‘Black Light Disco’ - a collective of like-minded DJs and producers from across the UK and Ireland which has built a solid global following since its inception in 2019 (and continues to be major influence in the disco and house arena).

Esteban is no stranger to the Waterford night life scene, having partnered with Stephen Richards under the ‘Disco Daze’ banner on numerous occasions for various gigs, shows and festivals in and around the city. Although his music style is firmly rooted in the funkier side of disco and house, Esteban often takes the crowd on a sonic journey through genres  with a heavy emphasis on filling the dance floor.
