“Bank Lane” is a live entertainment brand and event venue name operated by Kentech Management and Consultants Ltd, a limited company registered in Ireland (CRO No. 645850). Bank Lane is not a financial institution, and its name refers to the venue’s location on Bank Lane, Waterford.
When purchasing tickets through Bank Lane, please note that availability is not guaranteed, and demand may exceed the number of tickets available for certain events. The ticketing system, although carefully managed, may experience occasional malfunctions or failures. While we make every effort to rectify issues, customers are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information during the purchase process.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their ticket order, including event, date, time, quantity, seating preferences, and delivery method. Bank Lane is not liable for any errors made during the selection process. Please review all ticket information displayed before confirming your purchase.
Our prices include VAT and comprise the sale price of the item, any per-item service or facility charges, and per-order handling and/or delivery fees. While we strive for accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, you will be informed promptly and given the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Some tickets may follow market-based pricing, fluctuating based on demand. Refunds are not issued if the price decreases after purchase.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit or credit cards, as well as valid gift cards. Orders are subject to verification and security checks; incomplete payments may result in cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
Bank Lane reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per transaction. The current maximum is 130 tickets per transaction. Orders exceeding this limit require venue approval. Tickets are not held during checkout; the event may sell out while the order is being processed.
Tickets are sold subject to the venue’s right of admission policy. Entry may be refused without stated reason. Event times and door policies may be adjusted. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry.
By attending an event, you grant permission to be photographed or recorded for event-related or security purposes. Media may be used publicly unless an objection is submitted to info@banklane.ie
Some events may involve loud music or special effects. Customers with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions are advised to take caution.
While customer preferences are noted, Bank Lane may assign “Best Available” seating based on ticket pricing. We cannot guarantee that groups will be seated together. Seating restrictions will be communicated prior to final purchase.
Accurate payment details must be provided. By placing an order, you authorize us to validate and charge the selected payment method. Applicable taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Service charges, if applicable, will be clearly outlined before purchase.
If an event is cancelled, customers will be notified and refunds processed automatically. For rescheduled events, ticket holders may attend the new date or request a refund within the provided timeframe.
Bank Lane is not responsible for any losses or inconvenience caused by changes to the event. Replacement seats (if applicable) will be of similar value, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for their tickets. General admission tickets cannot be replaced if lost. Reserved seating tickets may be reissued at the venue’s discretion and may require in-person collection.
Tickets collected at the venue box office require a booking confirmation number. Bank Lane is not responsible for issues caused by missing or invalid identification.
To request a refund, email accounts@banklane.ie with event details and the cardholder name used for purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
Tickets bought in error (wrong event, quantity, etc.) are eligible for a refund within 24 hours. Contact info@banklane.ie with your details.
Refunds are not available for weather-related cancellations, personal conflicts, or failure to attend. Legitimate refunds are processed promptly based on our policies.
